What you need

tbsp shallot
tsp salt

cup extra-virgin olive oil

watermelon

cup cherry tomato

persian cucumber

cup basil leaves

cup blue cheese crumbles

tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
Dressing Mix the dressing 1 Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a lid. Shake well until blended. The dressing keeps refrigerated one week. Assemble the salad 0 Slice the watermelon into six wedges and arrange in a circle on a large serving platter 2 Add the tomatoes and cucumber to a bowl and gently toss with the dressing. 3 Spoon the tomato mixure over the watermelon.
