What you need

tbsp agave syrup
tbsp lime

tbsp almond butter

tbsp rice vinegar
tsp sriracha

kosher salt

tsp ginger

garlic

oz rice noodles

lb carrot

cup cucumber

scallion

shallot

cilantro

mint

basil

mixed greens

sesame seed

peanut
chili pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl until smooth. In another large bowl, toss the drained noodles with the carrots, cucumber, scallions, shallot, herb leaves and half of the dressing.
