A pretty, refreshing and booze-free berry smash with creamy coconut and rosewater. This not-too-sweet drink would be perfect for summer sipping or as a festive mocktail for a party.

Divide the berries among individual rocks glasses and muddle until lightly crushed. Top with some crushed ice. Stir together the coconut milk, agave and rosewater in a small pitcher or 4-cup glass measuring cup. Divide the coconut mixture into the glasses and top off with sparkling water. Stir to blend and garnish the glass with a raspberries and sliced strawberry.
