Prosecco cocktails with summer berries by the pitcher! To dress these up, garnish the drinks with fresh berries speared with a cocktail pick.

For each fruit puree, put the berries in a food processor with the sugar and lemon juice. Process the berries until the mixture becomes smooth and liquid.
Pour the pureed berries through a strainer set over a bowl or large measuring cup. Use a spoon or spatula to help push it through faster.
Stir the puree and the prosecco together in a large pitcher (the mixture will foam up for a few minutes).
